Locums are faced with unique challenges and obstacles that dont neccessarily need to be considered when working in a permanent capacity. Locum work can be exciting and fulfilling, providing variation and flexibility, although at times it can also be extremely stressful and frustrating.

 

This section hopes to limit the stress and frustration by clarifying some of the more basic elements when considering working as locum.
